  This was a nice restaurant with great service. I ordered the pizza and it was outstanding. Good place to stop if you're just passing through! Barbara was a great server.

  100% do not recommend coming here unless you expect to wait 2 hours for food you probably won't like. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a Togo order. The restaurant had one table that came in after us and then 2 people at the bar, who had not ordered food. By the time we complained we could hear the kitchen screaming at the server in the back because we had to go. They barely gave us an apology. And not only that but the food we bought we threw away because of how gross it was. The chicken Marsala was pretty much boiled chicken with chicken broth, and the chicken Parmigiana was all fat we couldn't even cut into it. They didn't even bother wrapping up the garlic bread. Do not go here.
  
  EDIT: we went back for a refund and was pulled into the kitchen. Probably so that the other customers would not hear what I had to say, even offered me new food after I complained about how bad the food was instead of a refund. Again do not go here.

  We love this place. Really good food at good prices and the service is always top notch.
  They have s'mores whereas you can roast the marshmallows at the table! Service is fast, place is clean and the specials are well thought out, a good variety of food, something for everyone. We are fans!

  My husband and I dropped our son at a jazz festival in Griswold and wanted to find a place locally to eat so we didn't have to drive all the way back to Waterford before returning two hours later to pick them up. We sat down and received menus 5 minutes later. We had two different people trying to serve us - I'm still not sure which one was our server. When we ordered, she said our food would take 45 minutes because the kitchen was backed up with orders. I said I wanted an appetizer if I was going to have to wait that long and ordered the combination platter. My husband ordered a grilled chicken/bacon/mozzarella stick sandwich and I ordered stuffed peppers. Ten minutes later, my husband's dinner arrived. Five minutes after that came our appetizer. Another 5 minutes and I got my salad - which was so overdressed (literally swimming in dressing - see pic), I sent it back and asked them to remake it and ordered dressing on the side. Both of our servers assured me they were working on my entree and that the manager was fully aware - and that every other table was having the same problem (the table next to us had the same experience). A full 25 minutes later, I got my dinner. The food was ok. Not great. The real frustrating part? When the check came, there was no accommodation for our awful experience. It's a shame because they have a nice outdoor seating area and a good offering. But we will NOT be back.

  Texas burger was ordered. It was basically dry. States on menu it comes with FRIED jalapenos. Which was my main reason for ordering it. It was just regular jalapenos. After waitress dropped off food we didn't see her again until the check. No refills nothing. Never even got to request bbq sauce for my burger. Also burgers didn't come with fries? For the price, the burger should definitely come with fries. Even though those were nothing special either. Would not recommend. Would not go back.
